In short: Rooster Rush: Highway Escape does not collect, store, or share any personal data. Everything you create in the game stays on your device. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking.

1. Who we are

Rooster Rush: Highway Escape ("the App", "we") is a casual arcade game for iOS. This policy explains what information the App handles and how.

2. Data we collect

We collect no personal data. The App does not require registration, does not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and does not transmit any information about you to us or to anyone else.

3. Data stored on your device

To make the game work, the App saves the following information locally on your device only:

Your in-game profile (nickname and optional profile picture);
Game progress, high scores, records, and upgrade levels;
Game settings (such as sound preferences).

This data never leaves your device. It is removed when you delete the App.

4. Camera and photo library

The App can optionally use your device's camera or photo library so you can set a profile picture. Access is requested only when you choose this feature, and the selected photo is stored solely on your device. Photos are never uploaded or shared. You can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings.

5. Internet connections

The App connects to the internet only to download fun trivia facts from public, third-party services (the Wikipedia API and uselessfacts.jsph.pl). These requests do not include any personal information about you. Standard technical data (such as your IP address) may be processed by those services as part of any internet request; their handling of such data is governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Children's privacy

The App is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).

7. Your rights

Because we do not collect or hold any personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on our side. All game data can be erased by deleting the App from your device.

8. Changes to this policy

If the App's data practices ever change, we will update this policy and revise the effective date above before the change takes effect.
